Designed by Marlene O’Reilly, this round basket is the ideal size for a certain little gooey chocolate egg, gold-wrapped nutty chocolate, or it can be filled with mini eggs, flowers, or anything else you fancy. You will use circular peyote, tubular peyote, twisted tubular herringbone, flat even count peyote (with shaping) and a leaf fringe technique. The handle is supported by wire.
Approx diameter at the top of the basket is 4.5cm. Basket height is about 2.8cm. Height to top of handle is about 8.5cm. Chocolates shown for size and not included!
You should have some experience of peyote stitch and herringbone weave, although full instructions with diagrams and photographs are provided over 16 pages.
