Introduction to Peyote Starter Strips

This Beadweaving Guide is for you if

• you get the rows twisted at the start of your peyote pattern
• you have a starter strip
• you have a word chart that combines rows 1& 2 of the pattern

Using a starter strip is great if you have a colour chart, or if your word chart separates rows 1 and 2. Most patterns however show rows 1 and 2 combined, and this is the bit that confuses many beaders.
