This patriotic design by Kathryn Halfpenney now flies on its own flag pole.
Some experience of peyote stitch is recommended. The kit contains all of the beads, needle, thread and other materials needed to make a flag and flag pole. Full instructions with diagrams and photographs are provided over 12 printed pages. A 2nd copy of the colour and word charts is provided separately for ease of reference whilst working with the main instructions. Please see below for any additional requirements.
The finished flag measures about 5 x 3.6cm and the flag pole is about 0.5 x 11cm.

Miyuki Delica beads and Nymo beading thread are provided for the flag and flag pole. A larger bead, cocktail sticks and soldered jump rings are also provided to complete the flag pole.
You will also need your usual beading equipment, including beading mat and scissors. Thread conditioner is optional.
